Vanilla Pecan Fudge

Until the 1940’s and 1950’s, Vanilla Pecan was one of the four original flavors that made the Straits of Mackinac famous for fudge. Chocolate Pecan, Chocolate Rum Pecan, and Maple Pecan accompanied Vanilla Pecan to provide the wealthy Chicago vacationers a treat they would not soon forget. This easy blend of vanilla fudge and whole Georgia pecans remains a favorite to this day.
