Delivered all over the world, this delicacy melts in your mouth and takes you back to a time of horse-drawn carriages, clapboard buildings, and penny candies. More than 20 flavors are crafted using fresh cream from our local dairy, beet sugars grown in Michigan, pure Caracas bean chocolate, nut meats, berries, and other natural ingredients. No preservatives are used in the process. Cooked in hammered copper kettles and cooled on Italian marble slabs, the molten mixture is hand-worked into a five to six foot loaf. Each loaf is then cut into slices that weigh approximately one half pound. Truly handmade.
